Advanced 1031 Exchanges The Fun Stuff!

Advanced 1031 Exchanges… The Fun Stuff!

It has been said the 1031 Exchange could be applied to up to 64% of all Real Estate closing, yet almost 100 years after the process was started many investors still do not know of this powerful wealth-building tool! This class teaches about the more advanced 1031 Exchange options available and how to use them. Prior attendance to one of our Basic 1031 classes is strongly suggested. This class was held on April 8th, 2025 at 10AM by David Moore for 1 Oregon Credit Hour.
