Tina Colson-Jones: I’m ready to trade.
Tom Moore: Where do you want to go?
Tina Colson-Jones: I’m ready to do an Exchange. Let’s do this, Tom. So, I want to trade these two. I can trade two for one, right? I’m going up and down. Good.
Tom Moore: You can. It is like kind you’re moving all your equity costs. Yep.
Tina Colson-Jones: Awesome.
Tom Moore: Good Exchange.
Tina Colson-Jones: Good Exchange. Okay. My next one has been a couple of years. I’m doing good on this one. I’m ready to go for the next level, but you know, this one is looking a little shy on the equity. Who’s my lenders in the house? I need some help, but I want to trade this for this. What do you think?
Tom Moore: Another good Exchange. Well done. Good Exchange.
Tina Colson-Jones: Oh, sweet. All right. I got my eye on the prize. This is the real goal right here. And again, everything’s been going great on this. I am ready. I want to make this trade, and I’m going to Exchange that property.
Tom Moore: That’s good.
Tina Colson-Jones: Am I good, guys? But…
David Moore: You want to do that?
Tina Colson-Jones: You know what? Because this Exchange works and that’s my goal, I think we need to celebrate, and it’s just too good not to pull some equity out. So, what do you say?
