California Senate Bill 1316 is Officially Inactive

Thanks to the hard work and efforts of several FEA members, California Senate Bill 1316 is officially "inactive".

Senate Bill 1316 proposed to eliminate like-kind exchange treatment at the state level for exchanges where replacement property is located outside of California. This week, the bill was retired to "inactive" status.
